Facts of Education!
“A teacher can never truly teach unless he is still learning himself. A lamp can never light another lamp unless it continues to burn its own flame”
– Rabindranath Tagore
“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can
use to change the world”
– Nelson Mandela
In our educational set up, it is necessary for the teachers to know the abilities and potentialities, growth and development, attitudes, aptitudes, interests, needs, motives etc. of the students in order to give proper learning facilities and also to bring about behaviour modification for achieving maximum balanced development of personality of their wards and an overall adjustment to their self and environment. The teacher should find out the individual differences in children and give guidance and counselling on the basis of their differences and also apply techniques and tools accordingly.
Secondly, whether it is school or higher education, education plays a pivotal role in the development of the nation, so much so that they are interrelated to each other.
This blog attempts to throw light on these facts.
If this blog helps the students to solve their problems and the teacher community as a practical application to classroom situation, then the objective of this blog will be achieved.
